Farmington River
Known as Connecticut’s premiere tailwater fishery, the Farmington River runs cold and clear year-round thanks to dam releases that keep it fishing well in February or August! Loaded with large brown trout - many up to and above 20 inches - the Farmington River is one of the best places to learn fly fishing, grow your skills and enjoy a day, or weekend, in beautiful surroundings!

A Western-style freestone stream in the heart of New England, the Housatonic River is a “river for all seasons” here in Connecticut. Loaded with trout in the stunning Berkshires and Litchfield Hills, the river is also a hot spot for summer smallmouth fishing and offer’s one of the state’s best shots at a trophy “bronze back”

Wild Trout Waters
There’s nothing better than catching native fish in beautiful surroundings! Join us to explore some of the best wild trout fishing that Connecticut has to offer! We’ll take you to the most scenic, remote streams in the state teeming with native Brook Trout and wild Brown Trout and teach you the tactics required to stalk these wily fish on tiny blue lines on the map.

Naugatuck River
Take advantage of an opportunity to catch one of the most storied native fish of Connecticut’s waters. Each year from November through February, Atlantic Salmon fishing on the Naugatuck River is available thanks to a unique stocking program by the state. These fish, ranging from 2 to 20 pounds, offer hard-pulling, high-flying fights on a fly rod in beautiful surroundings!
We provide all the gear and know hoe to give you a shot at landing a trophy Atlantic Salmon in Connecticut.

Norwalk River
With more than 10 miles of fishable water, the Norwalk River flowing through Ridgefield, Wilton and Norwalk is one of the best trout streams for fly fishing in Fairfield County. With a mix of stocked trout and wild brown trout, it offers anglers beautiful scenery, great fishing and a healthy ecosystem full of wildlife - all within easy access distance to roads, trails and parking.

Mianus River
Famed for it’s prolific hatch of Early Black Stoneflies - which often kick off the new season of fishing for area anglers as they emerge to eager trout in January through March - the Mianus River in Stamford and Greenwich is a great place to learn to fly fish for trout. Full of stocked fish and surrounded by over 400 acres of park land and open space, it’s one of Connecticut’s most accessible trout streams.
